Dale Rowley has served as the Director of the Waldo County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) in Belfast, Maine for the past 13 years. Before becoming the Director, he served as a volunteer with the County EMA office and as a municipal Emergency Manager for 9 years. Dale served in the U.S. Air Force and Maine Air National Guard as a Civil Engineering Officer and Emergency Manager, retiring in 2011 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, after 22 years.
